Allow me to start by saying you truly are what you eat. If only garbage goes in, you can't expect anything else but sickeness and a lack of health. I'm stating the obvious but it amazes me how many people still eat nothing but empty calories and wonder why they feel terrible.

Let food be thy medicine!

While diet is a controversial subject based on the internet, we do all know that eating a clean and nutrient rich diet is vitally important. I fully acknowledge that this is getting harder and harder to do as so much of our food is sprayed, irradiated, GMO'd and full of chemicals and food coloring. Many of the chemicals found in North American foods have been banned in Europe and around the world so we have to be extra vigilant when we shop.

Since inflammation is the most common cause of illness and pain, I highly recommend printing the chart of foods that reduce inflammation and be aware of those that increase it. Clearly, it's a good idea to avoid eating too mush of those on the second list.
​
In addition, adding superfoods are a wonderful and easy way to dramatically increase your nutritional profile. Eat as many on this list as possible every day and you will have to worry less about getting a-z what your body needs.
