We all know and understand the importance of daily exercise but few of us actually get enough. I personally hate going to the gym so I choose to exercise at home. One of the easiest ways that I have found is to dance!  I put on my favorite music and I dance like no one is watching! There are limitless you tube videos if yoga is your thing or zoomba for example or even exercise routines that you can follow along to. So move your coffee table out of the way and let your body move! it's fun, free, easy and so worth it!
