This is at the top of the list because the effects from laughter are so profound. Studies have been done and levels of “ happy molecules” were measured which were incredibly higher after a good belly laugh.

Whatever it is, funny you tube videos, watch as much of it as you can. It will boost your immune system, reduce inflammation ( and therefor pain) and improve mood. You actually can’t laugh and be sad at the same time. Laugh enough in a day and you will absolutely feel happier.
